Orders & Deliveries

In our commitment to sustainability, we avoid mass production. Instead, we gather orders throughout the week, send them to print on Monday morning, and have them ready to be shipped out by Wednesday afternoon. Please allow a couple of days for delivery, as the shipping timeline will vary depending on when you place your order.

Returns Policy

We care deeply about your experience with us and we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential, which is why we encourage you to refer to our detailed measuring charts before placing your order. For the best sizing reference, you might even measure one of your favourite hoodies and compare it to our guide.

We design our pieces to be loved and worn for a long time, and we truly hope that what you receive is just right for you. Because of this, we do our best to ensure everything meets your expectations and to avoid returns where possible.

Customer-Paid Returns: All returns must be sent using a recorded delivery service, and the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty Items: If you receive an item that is faulty, we will gladly refund the cost of the return postage once the item is received and inspected.
